Pilot Consent Authorization

CE-500 eligibility

During the initial launch, this registry is a specialized contract-pilot registry for FAA CE-500 type-rated pilots. You certify that the FAA pilot certificate you upload currently includes the CE-500 type rating.

You understand that submitting inaccurate certificate or type-rating information may result in rejection, suspension, or removal of your profile, and you authorize administrators to review your certificate and training records for the limited purpose of verifying your qualifications.

Contact authorization

You authorize JetCrew Registry to contact you regarding contract, temporary, or permanent aviation opportunities using the contact details you provide.

Credential review

You authorize JetCrew Registry to store and review your submitted pilot credentials and documents, and to verify their currency and authenticity.

Limited sharing

You understand your information may be shared with a legitimate aircraft operator or client only when necessary to evaluate you for an opportunity.

Security data

You understand that your submission IP address is recorded for security purposes, and you consent to storage of your precise GPS location only if you grant browser location permission.

Electronic signature

Your typed full legal name, the date and time, the consent version, and your submission IP address are recorded as your electronic signature.
